What a week huh! You know that every week I take a moment to look back on the past week and focus on my patent journey. I try to create a record of the week for myself by sharing this weekly post. Here are the tasks I completed this week as part of my patent journey. It was so intense! #buildinpublic 📆 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> Kicked off the week by sending out #210 edition of my weekly digest, "Patent Raporu✉️," to our expansive Turkish Patent Community, which is now over 9,000 members from Turkey🇹🇷 >> I was in the assessment committee of SUNUM Nanotechnology center and we listened pitches from 10 advanced materials start-ups that applied for the Spin-SUNUM program. And selected 5 of them for the program. >> I joined in QPIP Exam Committee meeting to finalize our markings. >> I had 2 insightful coaching sessions with Olaf Kehrer and Urte Zahn for Patentiv. You are great! Thank you for your support!   📆 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I attended the SIBB Startups workshop about “How your pitch deck convinces” given by Arnas Bräutigam from AddedVal.io. >> We worked for updating Patentiv’s frontend design and user journey for a seamless experience.   📆 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I closed the registration period for my AI workshop (4 hours) entitled "Generating new ideas by using AI tools and testing via patent search". Sold out! We have 22 paid attendees! Thank you for your trust! >> I sent demo call emails to 1st batch of our pilot users for Patentiv. We have 22 pilot users in the 1st batch and more than half already booked their slots! You are great! After demo call, we will give 7-day free trial and up to %50 discount. We have 65 pilot users and 2nd batch will start after 5th of June. >> I and Dr. Anna Wieczorek organized our 8th Berlin IP Community Meetup and we had the new record of participant number, 13 lovely IP friends! We are growing. Thank you all for being part of this community!   📆 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I had an inspiring coaching session with Dr. Arndt Schwaiger to define our pricing strategy for Patentiv. We 3 subscription packages: Standard Valuation, Advanced Valuation and Portfolio Valuation. >> We worked for new features of Patentiv, Interactive dashboard for results, Automated market data, Assisted financial projections… 📆 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I sent out the issue #82 of our Patent Insights newsletter to our patent-lover susbscribers. >> I joined the new insightful sessions (Onur Can - HEARTFELT_ and Dr. Boris Karcher) in the Investment Readiness Program (powered by MediaTech Hub Accelerator) today. Thanks to Erdinç Koç and Luise Schröter for organizing. And for the weekend, I am looking forward to visiting “Karneval der Kulturen” and running my weekly 10km! It was so intense! 📆 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> Kicked off the week by sending out #209 edition of my weekly digest, "Patent Raporu✉️," to our expansive Turkish Patent Community, which is now over 9,000 members from Turkey🇹🇷 >> We finished the discount rate calculation for Patentiv and implementing in the product. >> I've evaluated 20 advanced materials start-up companies that applied for the Spin-SUNUM program.   📆 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I attended the SIBB Startups workshop given by Frank Foelsch to learn about “Marketing & Sales: How to do Startup-PR” >> I participated in the “Pitch Me!” event organized by IHK Berlin. They selected 4 startups for pitching session and one of them was Patentiv! yay! I got a lot of great feedback from the jury members. And also I really enjoyed the pitches of Marta Agueda Carlero and Arina Trofimova. Congrats:)   📆 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> We worked for updating Patentiv’s frontend design and user journey for a seamless experience. >> I also focused on onboarding the participants (20 attendees) for my AI workshop (4 hours) entitled "Generating new ideas by using AI tools and testing via patent search". They produce protein-rich products from organic waste and create a decentralized organic waste management mechanism. >> We are working on new business model for our Turkish Patent Landscape Report. >> I attended our new board members meeting for LES Turkey. Congratulations to Hande Hançar for her new position, she is now the president of LES Turkey :)   📆 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲: >> I had a great coaching session with Darrena Mamm for Patentiv to talk about product design and user journey. Thank you Darrena for your insights! >> I sent out the issue #81 of our Patent Insights newsletter to our patent-lover susbscribers. >> The Investment Readiness Program (powered by MediaTech Hub Accelerator) that Patentiv was selected to participate in was launched today. We listened Erdinç Koç and Luise Schröter for the introduction of the program. And Markus Cremer from SongPush and Stéphane Nasser from OpenVC shared their experiences.
